Our Focus: Guiding You Through Tough Times
Paulette Turner, Attorney at Law, is a Pascagoula-based law office that focuses on guiding individuals and families through some of the toughest times of their lives. We are here to make a difference for you in the following situations:
- During family changes — We handle a wide array of family law matters, ranging from divorce and equitable property division to child support modifications and adoptions. You don’t have to navigate these transitions alone.
- After the death of a loved one — Dealing with such an irreplaceable loss is difficult enough. You don’t need to deal with all the legal details, too. We can make the Mississippi probate and estate administration process easier.
- When you can’t return to work — If a physical or mental condition makes it impossible for you to earn a living for at least a year, you may qualify for Social Security Disability benefits. We can help you apply for these benefits or appeal a denied claim.
Our Attorney: An Experienced, Caring And Accessible Advocate
Founding attorney Paulette Turner has been practicing law since 1991. In 2003, she opened her solo practice.
Because Paulette is the only lawyer in the office, she is able to provide you with the one-on-one attention you deserve. She is accessible, friendly and personable. You will never have to worry about being treated with condescension or having your concerns ignored.
Among her many qualifications, Paulette is often appointed by the court as a Special Master to hear uncontested cases and other matters assigned by one of the Chancery Court Judges. She also serves as a guardian ad litem in many child custody cases. These appointments testify to the respect in which she is held by local judges.
However, Paulette’s experience and respected reputation don’t mean that you will have to pay exorbitant fees for her services. She is very cost-conscious and works hard to keep quality legal services affordable.
